Hi, I’m Tray Schmidt, and I’m incredibly honored to step into the role of Managing Broker here at The Alms Group Real Estate.
This isn’t just a new title—it’s a deepened commitment. A commitment to supporting our agents with the tools, mentorship, and flexibility they need to thrive in today’s fast-moving real estate market. Our success is built on theirs.
But beyond transactions and contracts, real estate is personal. It’s about people -whether you're an investor or looking for a place to call home. That’s why our unwavering focus remains on delivering an exceptional client experience, every single time. Investing, buying or selling a home is one of the biggest moments in a person’s life—and we don’t take that lightly.
We’re also very proud to be part of something bigger than just business. As a company, here at The Alms Group, we’re passionate about giving back to our community, investing in local causes, and showing up in ways that really matter.
And finally, I believe strongly in strengthening our relationships within our industry. Choosing collaboration with our colleagues over competition. We grow better when we have strong relationships with those that help us to close transactions—with our colleagues, our clients, and our community.
