Jill Schneider
A Kansas native, Jill was raised on a cattle farm south of Abilene and is a proud Kansas State University graduate. After college, she built a career in the professional sports industry, managing events and marketing for organizations including the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Lakers. She later returned to Manhattan to help launch the Manhattan Conference Center before moving into the local small business and commercial development sector.
With hands-on experience in business start-ups, entrepreneurship, and commercial growth in the Flint Hills region, Jill brings a deep understanding of the local community and economy to her real estate work.
Jill and her husband, Levi, live just south of town with their son, Kipton, where they enjoy country living. They are active members of the Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce, their church community, and several local philanthropic efforts—Jill’s favorites include Girls on the Run and the Kansas 4-H Foundation. Together, they also own and operate an investment property company specializing in storage facilities and short-term rentals.
Known for her work ethic, authenticity, and strong community relationships, Jill is committed to providing a high-quality, stress-minimized real estate experience. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or those transitioning into their next chapter, she strives to guide clients with clarity, confidence, and care.
When she’s not helping clients, you’ll likely find Jill and Kip hiking Konza or walking Anneberg Park, tending to her garden, or renovating spaces in her Flips and Short-term Rentals.
