Lauren Brumfield brings a unique combination of military service, leadership experience, and a passion for helping others to her role at The Alms Group. After serving four years in the U.S. Army, including assignments at Fort Riley and overseas in South Korea, Lauren transitioned into property management, where she spent years overseeing multiple apartment communities and helping individuals and families find housing solutions. Her background has given her a strong foundation in communication, organization, and customer service skills she now uses to guide clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

As a Transaction Coordinator for The Alms Group, Lauren is the behind-the-scenes ninja who keeps every transaction moving smoothly from contract to closing. Whether you're buying your first home, relocating, or selling a property, she works diligently to ensure every deadline, document, and detail is handled with care. Her goal is to create a seamless experience for clients while supporting agents and keeping the process organized every step of the way.

Throughout her career, Lauren has built extensive experience in housing and real estate operations. As a Property Supervisor, she managed 14 apartment communities and led teams responsible for resident relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and daily operations. Her years of experience working directly with residents and property owners have given her valuable insight into the housing industry and a deep understanding of what clients need during major life transitions.

When she's not working, you'll usually find Lauren spending time with the people who matter most to her. Her daughter is her world and the driving force behind everything she does. She and her husband, an electrician, are always in the middle of some kind of home project and can never seem to sit still for long. Whether they're remodeling a room, starting another DIY project, chasing after their three Mini Aussies, or finding an excuse to get outside, they love staying busy and making memories together along the way.
