Rylie’s journey began in Texas, where she spent two years working with Kaleo Homes and supported $16,593,589 in new construction sales, giving her hands-on experience with builder processes from the ground up. She also supported a developer and a landscaping company during that time, giving her a well-rounded understanding of residential design, exterior planning, and the elements that shape long-term home value. Watching homes take shape — and watching families step into them for the first time — gave Rylie a deeper appreciation for the meaning behind each move, each decision, and each closing day.

In late 2024, Rylie made a life-changing move of her own when she relocated to Kansas to be with her fiancé, a combat engineer in the U.S. Army. Shortly after, they were married and purchased their first home together in Junction City. That experience — navigating a relocation, buying in a new market, and transitioning into military life — strengthened her commitment to guiding others through similar transitions with honesty, organization, and steady support.

Now a REALTOR® with The Alms Group, Rylie serves clients throughout Junction City, Manhattan, and Fort Riley. In addition to her role as a sales agent, she supports the team as a transaction coordinator, ensuring every document, deadline, and detail is handled with precision.
