After graduating from Kansas State University, Jill launched a career in professional sports marketing and event management, working with nationally recognized organizations including the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Lakers. While the industries may seem worlds apart, Jill says the fast-paced environment taught her invaluable lessons about communication, organization, and delivering exceptional client experiences under pressure.

Eventually, her path led her back home to Manhattan, Kansas, where she helped launch the Manhattan Conference Center before stepping deeper into the region’s small business and commercial development scene. That experience gave her firsthand insight into the local economy, entrepreneurship, and the evolving growth of the Flint Hills region — knowledge that now benefits her real estate clients every day.
